Abstract
Tema ovoga završnoga rada je “Znanja i informiranosti pedijatara i liječnika obiteljske medicine o poremećaju iz spektra autizma”. Rad se sastoji od dva dijela. Prvi dio rada donosi definiciju autizma te opća obilježja autizma, a više se govori o ranoj intervenciji. Drugi dio rada predstavlja provedeno istraživanje te rezultate. Sudionici istraživanja bili su pedijatri i liječnici obiteljske medicine, a ispitivala su se njihova znanja i informiranosti o poremećaju iz spektra autizma. Svrha je ovoga istraživanja bila saznati koja znanja pedijatri i liječnici obiteljske medicine imaju o poremećajima iz spektra autizma kod djece predškolske dobi. Za potrebe ovoga završnoga rada provedeno je istraživanje među pedijatrima i liječnicima obiteljske medicine. U svrhu istraživanja provedena je anketa koja je sadržavala 11 pitanja. Na pitanja su odgovarali pedijatri i liječnici obiteljske medicine koji su se odazvali na poziv za sudjelovanje u istraživanju (N=27), neovisno o godinama radnoga staža te o tome jesu li se ikada prije susreli s djetetom koje ima poremećaj iz spektra autizma.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this final paper is ‘’Knowledge and awareness of pedriatic and family health practitioners about autistic spectrum disorder in preschool period’’. This final paper consists of two parts. The first part reveals the definition of autism and general characteristics of autism, but mostly speaks about early intervention. The second part of the paper presents conducted research and the results. Research participants where pediatritions and doctors of family health and their knowledge and awareness about autistic spectrum disorder was questioned. The purpose of the study was to find which knowledge pediatritions and doctors of family health have about autistic spectrum disorder in preschool children. For the purpose of this final paper, a study was conducted among pediatritions and family medicine doctors. A survey containing 11 questions was conducted for the purpose of the research. The questions were answered by pediatritions and family medicine doctors who responded to the call for the research (N=27), regardless of years in service and whether they had ever met a child whith autism before.
