Abstract
Pojam kreativnosti ima različita objašnjenja i značenja. Svaki autor ima svoje stajalište i kreativnost objašnjava na svoj način. Definicija kreativnosti ovisi o tome kako kreativnost doživljavamo te iz kojih teorijskih polazišta polazimo. Poticanje kreativnosti važno je za dijete i njegovo odrastanje. Odgojitelj bi trebao poticati kreativno dijete te se u to ne uplitati i nametati jer će jedino tako dijete razviti svoju kreativnost. U radu je uočena razlika između suvremenih i tradicionalnih odgojitelja, kreativnost i dijete i poticanje kreativnosti u jasličkoj, mlađoj, srednjoj i starijoj odgojnoj skupini. U današnje vrijeme odgojitelji bi se trebali pridržavati suvremenog pristupa u odgojno-obrazovnom radu. Kod poticanja kreativnosti svi imamo veliku važnost i vrlo je važno da smo toga svjesni. Samim razgovorom kreativnog odgojitelja s djetetom i način na koji oblikujemo njihovo prostorno-materijalno okruženje te ovisno o tome kakav materijal im nudimo. Svrha ovoga rada je da pozitivno utječemo na djetetovu kreativnost i pozitivno djelovanje na dijete. Dijete u vrtiću treba biti slobodnog uma i igre. Odgojitelj mora paziti da sve to bude prikladno i korisno za dijete i njegov razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Creativity as a concept has numerous explanations and meanings. Various authors express their own point of view and explain the notion of creativity differently. The exact definition of creativity depends on how people experience creativity and what are the theoretical hypotheses. Encouraging creativity is important for a child and their development. Educators should encourage a creative child and not interfere and impose, because only in that way could such a child develop their creativity. This paper distinguishes between contemporary and traditional educators, creativity and the encouragement of creativity in the nursery, younger, adolescent and older educational groups. Nowadays, educators should adhere to the contemporary approach in educational work. We all pose great importance in fostering creativity and it is very important that we are aware of it. The very conversation of the creative educator with the child and the way we shape their spatial and material environment depending on what kind of material we offer. The purpose of this paper is to positively influence the child's creativity and in that way a positive influence on the child. Children in kindergartens should be open-minded and play. The educator must make sure that this is appropriate and useful for the child and their development.
