Abstract
Pubertet je normalan dio života, to je proces odrastanja. Djevojčice i dječaci doživljavaju različite promjene u tijelu tijekom puberteta. Pubertet je vrijeme kada se počinjete mijenjati od djeteta do mlade odrasle osobe. Glavni hormoni tijekom puberteta su testosteron za dječake te estrogen i progesteron za djevojčice. Tijekom puberteta jajnici kod djevojčica postaju veći i tijelo djevojčica će početi proizvoditi dva hormona - estrogen i progesteron. Estrogen uzrokuje rast dojki kod djevojaka i pomaže im u razvoju vagine, uterusa i jajovodne cijevi. Također, kod djevojaka povećava jačinu i mijenja način na koji se masno tkivo pohranjuju na djevojčinom tijelu, čineći struk, bokove i stražnjicu izraženijima. Nakon puberteta, estrogen i progesteron kontroliraju kod djevojčica menstrualni ciklus. Za mladiće, hormon testosteron je hormon koji počinje razvoj od dječaka do muškarca. Testosteron je glavni muški spolni hormon i proizvodi se u testisima. Razine testosterona značajno se povećavaju tijekom puberteta. Kada je razina dovoljno visoka, testosteron počinje proizvodnju sperme, uzrokuje širenje prsnog koša i ramena i povećava rast dlačica
Abstract (english)
Puberty is a normal part of life - it is the process of growing up. Girls and boys experience different changes during puberty. Puberty is the time when you begin to change from a child to a young adult. The main hormones during puberty are testosterone for boys and estrogen and progesterone for girls. During puberty, ovaries in girls become bigger, and the girl's body begins to produce two hormones - estrogen and progesterone. Estrogen causes breast growth in girls and helps them develop vagina, uterus and tubular tubes. It also increases the girl's strength and changes the way the fatty tissue is stored on the girl's body, making it easier for the girl's waist, hips and buttocks. After puberty, estrogen and progesterone are controlled by menstrual cycle. For young people, hormone testosterone is a hormone that begins to develop from boy to man. Testosterone is the major male sex hormone and is produced in the testicles. Testosterone levels significantly increase during puberty. When the levels are high enough, testosterone begins to produce sperm, causes spread of the chest and shoulders, and increases hair growth.
