Abstract
Pravilnom prehranom omogućujemo si zdrav fiziĉki, psihiĉki i emocionalni rast i razvoj. Zbog toga je vaţno djecu od najranije dobi uĉiti o vaţnosti pravilne prehrane. Najvaţniji hranjivi sastojci dijele se na makronutrijente – prave ugljikohidrate, masti i bjelanĉevine, mikronutrijente – vitamine i minerale te antinutrijente – zasićene masnoće, rafinirani šećer, kemijske dodatke hrani. Da bismo djetetu omogućili pravilnu prehranu, trebamo se voditi piramidom pravilne prehrane i osigurati djetetu sve potrebne energetske i nutritivne tvari iz svih šest skupina namirnica. Bolesti vezane uz nepravilnu i nezdravu prehranu, a koje se pojavljuju i u djeĉjoj dobi, najĉešće su anoreksija, bulimija, zaraza djeĉjom glistom i pretilost. Svrha je ovog diplomskog rada istraţiti kakva je prehrana uĉenika Osnovne škole „Stjepan Cvrković“ u Starim Mikanovcima te postoje li razlike u prehrani uĉenika niţih i uĉenika viših razreda
Abstract (english)
Keeping a healthy diet goes a long way towards ensuring healthy physical, psychical and emotional growth and development. Because of that, it is important to start early when it comes to teaching children about the importance of the eating healthily. Most important building blocks to healthy eating are macronutrients: carbohydrates, lipids and protein. These are followed by micronutrients: vitamins and minerals, and antinutrients: fatty acids, gluten and chemical food additives. In order to ensure a child has a proper diet, we need to guide ourselves by the food pyramid, ensuring that the child has all the needed energy and nutrition heavy matters from all six categories of food. Illnesses that come about from lack of proper diet during children’s developing years are most often anorexia, bulimia, threadworms and obesity. Purpose of this work is to research the eating habits of pupils attending the elementary school Stjepan Cvrković in Stari Mikanovci, with additional goal to determine if there are differences in eating habits between pupils of lower and higher grades.
