Abstract
Prosječna porođajna masa dječaka u Hrvatskoj je 3500 grama, a djevojčica 3300 grama. Prosječna duljina djeteta je 50 cm, a prosječni opseg glave je 35 cm. U drugoj godini brzina rasta se usporava. Rast se naglo ubrzava u pubertetu, oko 15. godine. Antropometrijska mjerenja osnovno je mjerilo rasta: tjelesna duljina/visina, opseg glave i tjelesna masa. Većina djece ima izmjeren normalan raspon. Autori navode brojne čimbenike koji utječu na rast: prehrana, količina sna, igra, tjelesno vježbanje,... More higijena, emocionalni stres, obiteljska atmosfera. Postoji nekoliko načina da se predvidi konačna visina djeteta. Neki od njih su: dvostruka visina dvogodišnjeg djeteta smanjena za 10 cm, procjenjivanje prema duljini pri rođenju, promatranje predaka, krivulja rasta, koštana dob. Poremećaji rasta mogu biti izazvani brojim faktorima, a važno ih je otkriti što prije. U pubertetu djevojčice i dječaci doživaljavaju mnoge tjelesne promjene, jedna od njih je i nagli skok u rastu. Abstract (english)
The average birth weight of male children in Croatia is 3500 grams, and the average birth weight of female children is 3300 grams. The average child length is 50 centimeters, and head circumference is 35 centimeters. In the second year of life, the growth rate slows down. The growth accelerates abruptly in puberty, around the age of fifteen. Anthropometric measurement are the most essential measurements of growth: physical length/height, head circumference, and body mass. The majority of... More children have the normal range measured. Authors give numerous factors which have an impact on growth: nutrition, quantity of sleep, play, physical exercise, hygiene, emotional stress, family atmosphere. There are several possibilities to predict the final height of a child. Some of these ways are: double height of the two-year-old child reduced by 10 centimeters, making an assessment according to the length of a child at birth, ancestors observation, growth curve, bone age. Growth disorder can be caused by a number of factors, and it is important to detect them as soon as possible.
