Abstract
Obitelj se u suvremenom dobu svakodnevno suočava s brojnim izazovima koji uvelike utječu na njezinu opstojnost u onom svjetlu u kojemu je poznajemo. Unatoč važnosti obitelji u izgradnji svakog pojedinca, sve je veći broj onih koji nastoje redefinirati sam pojam obitelji i braka i time tradicionalnu obitelj – obitelj majke, oca i djeteta/djece – na svojevrstan način marginalizirati dajući prednost nekim drugim obiteljskim oblicima. Pod drugim obiteljskim oblicima prvenstveno se misli na... More homoseksualne i transrodne obitelji odnosno obitelji za koje nije prirodno da imaju, tj. odgajaju djecu. Pri razmatranju dostupne literature u izradi ovoga završnog rada uočen je nedostatak novije literature u kojoj se proučava problematika obitelji te pojavnih obiteljskih oblika. Nedostatak novije literature kojom se obrađuje problematika obitelji u općenitom kontekstu, posebice u kontekstu pojavnih alternativnih oblika obitelji, otežao je izradu završnog rada. Evidentno je kako se struktura obitelji mijenja, kako u Republici Hrvatskoj tako i na globalnoj razini. Brojni su krivci za to, a među ostalima svakako je važno istaknuti brojne društvene promjene koje u sve značajnijoj mjeri dovode u pitanje tradicionalnu obitelj namećući joj pri tome nove pojavne strukture koje potencijalno mogu ugroziti budućnost društva kakvog danas poznajemo. Prava djeteta u sve se većoj mjeri zanemaruju, a prioritet se daje drugim društvenim skupinama koje se za razliku od djeteta mogu obraniti. Ono što je potrebno naglasiti jest činjenica da svako dijete ima pravo na zdravu obitelj, obitelj koja će mu pružiti prave temelje na kojima će ono dalje temeljiti svoj rast i razvoj. Države i međunarodne institucije moraju prepoznati prethodno navedeno i time se voditi u svome radu. Abstract (english)
In the modern day, the family faces many challenges that greatly affect its survival in the light in which we know it. Despite the importance of family for the development of each individual, there is a growing number of those who seek to redefine the very concept of family and marriage, thereby marginalizing the traditional family – the family of mother, father and child/children – by favoring some other family forms. Other family forms primarily refer to homosexual and transgender... More families, i.e. families that are not natural to have or raise children. Considering the available literature in the preparation of this final paper, it is noted that there is a lack of recent literature that looks at family issues and emerging family forms. It is precisely the lack of recent literature that addresses the issue of family in the general context, and then in the context of the emergent forms of family, that have made it difficult to produce the final work itself. It is evident that the structure of the family in the Republic of Croatia and globally is changing. The perpetrators of the change in family structure are numerous, and among other things, it is certainly important to point out the numerous social changes that are increasingly questioning the traditional family, imposing upon it new emergent structures that could potentially threaten the future of the society we know today. While respecting the rights of the child, his rights are increasingly being neglected, and other social groups that, unlike the child, can defend themselves, are taken into account. What needs to be emphasized is the fact that every child has the right to a healthy family, a family that will provide them with the right foundations on which they will continue to base their growth and development. Countries and international institutions need to recognize the above and thus guide their work. With the creation of this final paper, attention was directed to alternative families, which are increasingly important in the family structures of modern times. Less
