Abstract
Dječji vrtić je odgojno-obrazovna zajednica koja je prvenstveno razvojno orijentirana, odnosno naglasak je na osobnom razvoju učenika, njegovim interesima i potrebama. Stoga primarni zadatak ovakve ustanove je poštovanje djetetova interesa, mogućnost izbora i odlučivanja, aktivno učenje, zajedničko rješavanje problema te bogato poticajno okruženje. Vrlo je teško stvoriti kvalitetan put razvoja za cjelokupni odgojno-obrazovni proces. Potrebno je uložiti mnogo truda, volje, znanja te prihvatiti različite izazove koji uz sebe vežu uspjehe, ali i padove. Put odgojne obrazovne prakse nikako ne može i ne smije biti statičan jer jednom stečena kvalitetna odgojno-obrazovna praksa ne označava i njezinu trajnost. Prvi vrtić u Županji izgrađen je 31. prosinca 1959. godine sredstvima Šećerane, a djelovao je pod nazivom Dječji vrtić „Boris Kidrič“ Županja. Danas ovaj vrtić djeci kroz razne aktivnosti omogućava razvoj svih potencijala i sposobnosti, unapređuje dječje socijalne vještine te znanja i vještine potrebne za djetetov daljnji razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Kindergarten is an educational community that is oriented towards the development of the child. The emphasis is on the personal development of the child, his interests and needs. Therefore, the primary task of such an institution is to respect the child's interests, the possibility of choice and decision-making, active learning, joint problem solving and a rich stimulating environment. It is very difficult to create a path for the quality development of the child and for the entire educational process. It is necessary to invest a lot of effort, will, knowledge and accept various challenges that are associated with successes and failures. The path of educational practice can not and must not be static, because once acquired quality educational practice does not mean its permanence. The first kindergarten in Županja was built on December 31.1959. with the funds of the Sugar Factory, and it operated under the name Kindergarten "Boris Kidrič" in Županja. Today, this kindergarten, through various activities, enables children to develop all potentials and abilities, as well as children's social skills and acquired knowledge necessary for the child's further development.
