| Abstract | Cilj rada je pobliže objasniti ulogu odgojitelja danas, nekada i naravno, u budućnosti. U tim ćemo se scenarijima budućnosti predškolskoga odgoja i uloge odgojitelja voditi idejama alternativnih programa. Prema alternativnim programima, razvojima pedagogije u budućnosti te na osnovi sadašnjosti i svega što danas znamo i primjenjujemo u struci možemo zaključiti, odnosno predvidjeti ulogu odgojitelja u budućnosti. Intervjuom je ispitano kako pojedini roditelji razmišljaju o ulozi odgojitelja u budućnosti i koliko malo se ustvari pažnje tome pridaje. Navedene su osnovne karakteristike odgojitelja, poželjne osobine, načini stjecanja profesije. Bitno je i spomenuti posebne kompetencije odgojitelja, koje nisu nužne za stjecanje profesije ali su svakako poželjne: strpljenje, potrebno je da bude pozitivan, fizičko zdravlje, pozitivna slika o sebi, psihičko zdravlje, otvorenost, fleksibilnost koje su objašnjene detaljnije u radu. Kroz rad je pobliže objašnjena uloga odgojitelja u budućnosti. U budućnosti koja je još jako neizvjesna nas svašta može čekati, a s obzirom na eksponencijalni razvoj tehnologije i ubrzan tempo života uloga odgojitelja bi mogla biti samo veća i važnija u budućnosti. Naziv odgajatelj prvi put se pojavljuje u knjizi Samuela Lorenza Knapp, 1843.godine. Postoje redoviti i posebni programi u dječjim vrtićima, gdje se teži ka razvoju dječjeg identiteta, socijalnih vještina i djeteta kao društvenog bića. Napredak djece prati se pisanom dokumentacijom propisanom od strane ministarstva. Javljaju se tri izuzetno važne uloge odgojitelja: partnerska, odgojna i obrazovna. Izuzetno je bitno ostvariti partnerske odnose s roditeljima jer su interesi roditelja i odgojitelja isprepleteni. U današnjem vremenu potrebno je stalno usavršavanje, radi eksponencijalnog razvoja tehnologije. U radu ćemo istražiti viđenje roditelja i odgojitelja o radu odgojitelja u budućnosti, te vidjeti predviđaju li pozitivnu ili negativnu budućnost. |
| Abstract (english) | The aim of this paper is to explain in more detail the role of educators today, but also in the past and the future. We will follow guidelines and ideas of alternative programs. According to alternative programs, the development of pedagogy in the future and on the basis of the present and everything we know today and apply in the profession to conclude or predict the role of educators in the future. The interview examined how individual parents think about the role of educators in the future and how little attention is actually paid to it. The basic characteristics of educators, desirable characteristics, ways of acquiring a profession are listed. It is important to mention the special competencies of educators, which are not necessary for acquiring a profession but are certainly desirable: patience, positive attitude, physical health, positive self -image, mental health, openness, flexibility, which are explained in more detail. Throughout the paper, we will explain in more detail the role of educators. In the future, which is still very uncertain, where anything can happen, and given the exponential development of technology and the accelerated pace of life, the role of educators could only become bigger and more important in the future. The name educator first appears in Samuel Lorenzo Knapp's 1843. book. There are regular and special programs in kindergartens, where the aim is to develop the child's identity, social skills and the child as a social being. Children's progress is monitored by written documentation prescribed by the ministry. There are three extremely important roles of educators: partnership, educational and upbringing It is extremely important to establish partnerships with parents because the interests of parents and educators are intertwined. Nowadays, constant improvement is needed, for the exponential development of technology. In this paper, we will explore the perceptions of parents and educators about the work of educators in the future, and see if they predict a positive or negative future. |
