Abstract
Dijete u vrtiću ostvaruje različite vrste socijalnih kontakata i interakcija koji omogućuju daljnju izgradnju socijalnih komepetencija. Ono također stječe socijalne vještine koje mu omogućuju kompetentno socijalno funkcioniranje, što uključuje iniciranje socijalnih kontakata, sposobnost dogovaranja, suradnju i sposobnost razrješavanja sukoba. Na druženje s vršnjacima utječu i situacijski činitelji; aspekt fizičkog okruženja, kao što su poznavanje i veličina prostora, te priroda raspoloživih mogućnosti u njemu. Cilj istraživanja je bio dobiti uvid u socijalni status svakog pojedinog djeteta u skupini te socijalnu mrežu odnosa među djecom i utvrditi utječe li na odabir suigrača. U radu su korištene sociometrijske tehnike, a u istraživanju su sudjelovale dvije skupine djece u dobi od 5 – 6 godina (26 ispitanika) i 3 – 4 godine (20 ispitanika).
Abstract (english)
Day care (kindergarten) is a place where a child becomes involved in different types of social contacting and interactions, this enables the child to further build the necessary social skills. Moreover, the child will acquire the type of social skills which enables him/her to behave in a socially appropriate manner. This includes dealing with new social contacts, developing the ability of negotiation and cooperation, and solving different types of problems in interaction with other children. One of the important factors that affects children and the way they interact with their peers is the situational factor. Physical environment is an important situational factor. It determines the size of the play-area, the extent to which the child is familiar with the area he/she is in, and what are the possibilities in the given space. The purpose of the research was to get a better understanding of the social status of every single child in the group, to understand the relationships between the group of children, and find out does that affect the child's choice of a play-mate. In the research sociometric techniques were used, the research was carried out in two age groups; 5-6 years old (26 members), and 3-4 years old (20 members).
