... More lakšem shvaćanju što autizam jest, a što nije. Neki od osnovnih simptoma poremećaja su nedostatak emocionalnih odgovora prema ljudima i stvarima (nedostatak socijalne interakcije), nedostatak verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije, osobito poremećaj u razvoju govora, bizarnosti u ponašanju i stereotipije. O intenzitetu simptoma ovisi i težina kliničke slike u djeteta. U dijelu dijagnostike nabrojati će se mjerni instrumenti koji se koriste u otkrivanju poremećaja iz spektra autizma. Dodatno će biti opisani M-CHAT, CAST i ABC uzimajući u obzir samu definiciju testova, njihovu svrhu, pravilan način primjene te vremensko razdoblje u kojemu ga je najprikladnije primijeniti. Detaljnim opisom pokušati će se olakšati i poboljšati shvaćanje važnosti ranog dijagnosticiranja poremećaja, primijene prikladne terapije i stručnog pristupa. Važno je naglasiti da je rano otkrivanje poremećaja iz spektra autizma pogodno za št bolju i bržu pomoć te prilagodbu djetetovom razvoju. U zadnjem poglavlju navesti će se uloge odgojitelja pri prepoznavanju i pristupu djetetu s autističnim poremećajem. Prema Zrilić (2011) zadaci odgojitelja/učitelja u radu s djecom s posebnim potrebama su uočavanje i prepoznavanje poteškoće, temeljito proučavanje dokumentacije djeteta, pravilan pristup djetetu, suradnja sa stručnjacima te mnogi drugi faktori. Također, važno je naglasiti da je za bilo kakav oblik procjene prvotno je potrebno dopuštenje roditelja koje treba biti u pisanom obliku. Za skupljanje informacija o djetetu koriste se različiti oblici dokumetiranja poput: razvojna mapa, djetetovi radovi, intervju s roditeljima, djetetove izjave, fotografije, audio i video zapisi, lista provjere, brojenje frekvencija... Less Abstract (english) The topic of this final paper is Early Detection of Autism Spectrum Disorders. The concept of autism will be defined and a description of the disorder over time will be briefly described. Autism spectrum disorder and other disorders with similar characteristics will be described and each will be briefly described. ... More symptoms, which the disorder brings with it, will be helpful in easier understanding of what autism is and what it is not. Some of the basic symptoms of the disorder are lack of emotional responses to people and things (lack of social interaction), lack of verbal and nonverbal communication, especially speech development disorder, behavioral bizarreness and stereotypes. The severity of the clinical picture in a child also depends on the intensity of the symptoms. The diagnostics section will list the measuring instruments used to detect autism spectrum disorders. In addition, M-CHAT, CAST and ABC will be described, taking into account the definition of the tests, their purpose, the correct method of application and the time period in which it is most appropriate to apply it. A detailed description will attempt to facilitate and improve understanding of the importance of early diagnosis of the disorder, the application of appropriate therapy, and a professional approach. It is important to emphasize that early detection of autism spectrum disorders is suitable for better and faster help and adaptation to the child's development. The final chapter will outline the roles of educators in recognizing and accessing a child with an autistic disorder. According to Zrilić (2011), the tasks of educators / teachers in working with children with special needs are noticing and recognizing difficulties, thoroughly studying the child's documentation, proper approach to the child, cooperation with experts and many other factors.
