Abstract
Ovaj rad ima za cilj ukazati na značaj osobne odgovornosti u kontekstu stjecanja kompetencija i profesionalnog razvoja u sustavu ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja u Republici Hrvatskoj, te staviti ih u odnos s konceptom kompetentnog sustava. Kako bi se cjeloviti sustav ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja kretao prema kvaliteti, kompetentnosti i profesionalizaciji, svaka dimenzija sustava mora preuzeti osobnu odgovornost, od pojedinca, preko timova i institucija pa sve do obrazovnih politika. Osim preuzimanja osobne odgovornosti, važno je izgraditi zajedničke vrijednosti na kojima će počivati odnosi i interakcije među svim dimenzijama sustava te koje će im biti nit vodilja na putu k unapređenju cjelokupnog sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper aims to emphasize the importance of personal responsibility in the context of acquiring competencies and professional development in the early and preschool education system in the Republic of Croatia, and to put them in relation to the concept of a competent system. In order for the entire system of early and pre-school education to move towards quality, competence and professionalisation, each dimension of the system must take personal responsibility, from individuals, through teams and institutions to educational policies. Apart from taking personal responsibility, it is important to build common values on which relations and interactions between all dimensions of the system will be based and which will be their guiding thread on the way to improving the entire system.
