Abstract
Održavanje higijene i svijest o zdravlju i širenju zaraznih bolesti iznimno su važni za kvalitetan život. U odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama nastoji se stvoriti temelje osobne higijene stoga se djecu uči kako održati čistoću tijela, provoditi higijenu usne šupljine, higijenu ruku i nokata, kako se umiti i njegovati kosu te kako održavati higijenu odjeće i obuće. Također, djeca se upoznaju s pravilnim ponašanjem prilikom kihanja, kašljanja i puhanja nosa, stječu navike održavanja higijene... More prostora te kretne navike, uče o zdravoj prehrani, važnosti provođenja vremena na svježem zraku i o vremenu provedenom pred ekranima. Provedena je anketa na uzorku od 82 roditelja djece predškolaca čiji je cilj bio utvrditi postoji li utjecaj boravka u dječjem vrtiću na zdravstveno-higijenske navike djece. Najznačajniji rezultati pokazali su da 80,5% roditelja primjećuje napredak u obavljanju higijene od polaska njihove djece u dječji vrtić, 75,6% odgovorilo je da se pojavio interes za bavljenjem sportom, plesom i drugim aktivnostima koje uključuju kretanje te da 61% djece konzumira više voća i povrća otkako je počelo pohađati dječji vrtić čime je potvrđena hipoteza da boravak u dječjem vrtiću utječe na zdravstveno-higijenske navike djece. Abstract (english)
Maintaining hygiene and awareness of health and the spread of infectious diseases is extremely important for a quality life. Educational institutions strive to create the foundations of personal hygiene, so children are taught how to maintain body cleanliness, oral hygiene, hand and nail hygiene, how to wash and care for hair and how to maintain clothing and footwear hygiene. Also, children get acquainted with the correct behaviour when sneezing, coughing and blowing their noses,... More acquire habits of space hygiene and movement habits, learn about healthy eating, the importance of spending time in the fresh air and time spent in front of screens. A survey was conducted on a sample of 82 parents of preschool children, the aim of which was to determine whether there is an impact of staying in kindergarten on children's health and hygiene habits. The most significant results showed that 80.5% of parents have noticed progress in hygiene since their children went to kindergarten, 75.6% said that there was interest in sports, dance and other activities that include movement, and that 61% of children consume more fruits and vegetables since he started attending kindergarten, which confirmed the hypothesis that staying in kindergarten affects the health and hygiene habits of children.
