Abstract
Zdravlje kao stanje čovjekovog organizma u kojem vlada totalno fizičko i psihičko blagostanje predstavlja ključni faktor kvalitetnom životu. Svaki čovjek kroz života nastoji sačuvati svoje zdravlje i ostati zdrav kako bi što kvalitetnije mogao funkcionirati i obavljati svakodnevne obaveze. Studenti učiteljskog studija kao budući učitelji pripremaju se za posao koji se obavlja u dinamičnoj sredini i zahtjeva da učitelj bude fizički i psihički sposoban odgajati i obrazovati učenike. Između... More ostalog učitelj kao uzor učenicima svojim primjerom ukazuje na važnosti očuvanja i održavanja zdravog tijela i uma. Cilj istraživanja je ispitati zdravstveni status i zdravstvene navike studenata učiteljskog studija u Osijeku. Točnije, utvrditi s kojim se zdravstvenim problemima najčešće susreću budući učitelji, odlaze li na preventivne preglede i čine li samopreglede, kako se hrane te bave li se tjelesnom aktivnošću. Diplomski rad se sastoji od teorijskog i istraživačkog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu rada definirani su pojmovi zdravlje, prevencija bolesti, tjelesna aktivnost i pravilna prehrana. Također u teorijskom dijelu opisana je važnost preventivnih pregleda i samopregleda. Analizirani su Izvedbeni plan nastave ak. 2021/22. god. Integriranog preddiplomskog i diplomskog sveučilišnog Učiteljskog studija u Osijeku i Kurikulumu nastavnog predmeta Prirode i društva te utvrđena pojavnost pojma zdravlja. U istraživačkom dijelu rada provedeno je istraživanje s ciljem ispitivanja zdravstvenog statusa i zdravstvenih navika studenata učiteljskog studija u Osijeku. Less
Abstract (english)
Health as a state of a human organism with total physical and mental well-being is a key factor in quality of life. Every human being tries to maintain his health throughout his life and stay healthy to be able to function as well as possible and perform his daily obligations. Students of class teacher study as future teachers prepare for a job that is performed in a dynamic environment and requires the teacher to be physically and mentally capable of raising and educating students.... More Among other things, a teacher as a role model for students points to the importance of preserving and maintaining a healthy body and mind. The aim of the research is to examine the health status and health habits of students of class teacher study in Osijek. In particular, to identify the health problems they are dealing with most often, do they go to preventative examinations, what is their diet and do they practice physical activity. This Master’s Degree consists of a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the work defines the concepts of health, disease prevention, physical activity, and proper nutrition. The theoretical part also describes the importance of preventive checks and self-examinations. Course syllabuses of integrated undergraduate and graduate university Class teacher study Graduate university study programme of 2021/22. academic year and Curriculum of the subject Nature and Society were analyzed and established the occurrence of the concept of health in them.
