Abstract
Biti roditelj jedna je od najzahtjevnijih životnih uloga. Za tu ulogu ne postoji inicijalno obrazovanje, stoga su se razne pedagoške inventivne inicijative pobrinule da roditeljima pruže razne vrste programa preko kojih roditelji mogu saznati kako se suočavati s izazovima suvremenog roditeljstva. U ovom radu detaljnije se definiraju termini roditeljstva, roditeljskih kompetencija, važnost uloge oca u odgoju i razvoju djeteta, razgraničava se suradnja od partnerstva institucija ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja i roditeljskog doma. Za potrebe ovog rada istražene su i pojedine udruge i inicijative koje nude roditeljima neformalne programe obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
Being a parent is one of the most demanding roles in life. There is no initial education for this role, which is why various pedagogical initiatives have taken steps to provide parents with different programs through which they can learn how to deal with the challenges of modern parenting. This paper defines in more detail the terms of parenting, parental competencies, the importance of the father's role in the upbringing and development of the child, and distinguishes between cooperation and partnership of early childhood and preschool education institutions. For the purposes of this paper, various organizations and initiatives that offer informal education programs to parents have also been researched.
