Abstract
Poremećaj iz spektra autizma sve je češća rana dijagnoza zbog koje se obitelji uključuju u sustav rane intervencije i traže stručnu pomoć. Ovaj razvojni poremećaj obilježen je trijasom simptoma: teškoćama jezično-govornog razvoja i komunikacije, teškoćama socijalnih odnosa te stereotipnim i ponavljajućim ponašanjima. Združena pažnja je važan čimbenik komunikacijskog, jezičnog i kognitivnog razvoja djeteta, a upravo ona je u djece s PSA slabo modulirana ili čak u potpunosti izostaje. Cilj istraživanja je bio dobivanje uvida u roditeljsku procjenu združene pažnje u djece dobi od 16 do 30 mjeseci. Sudionici su bili roditelji djece u dobi od 16 do 30 mjeseci na području Republike Hrvatske. Ukupno je sudjelovalo 210 roditelja, od čega 201 majka i 9 očeva. Za potrebe prikupljanja podataka i provođenja istraživanja korišten je upitnik M-CHAT-R, točnije njegova novija forma M-CHAT-R/f autorica Robins, Fein i Barton iz 2009. godine. Rezultati ukazuju kako roditelji češće prepoznaju odstupanja u združenoj pažnji u njezinim složenijim oblicima koji uključuju djetetovu veću usklađenost s okolinom (npr. procjenu ponašanja odraslih), dok jednostavnije oblike združene pažnje (npr. praćenje pogledom) roditelji rjeđe prepoznaju kao rizičnu.
Abstract (english)
Autism spectrum disorder is an increasingly common early diagnosis, which is why families are involved in the early intervention system and seek professional help. This developmental disorder is marked by a triad of symptoms: difficulties in language and speech development and communication disorders, difficulties in social relations, and stereotypical and repetitive behaviors. Joint attention is an important factor in the communication, language and cognitive development of a child, and it is precisely this that is poorly modulated or even completely absent in children with ASD. The aim of the research was to gain insight into parental assessment of joint attention in children aged 16 to 30 months. The participants were parents of children aged 16 to 30 months in the Republic of Croatia. A total of 210 parents participated, of which 201 were mothers and 9 were fathers. For the purposes of data collection and research, the M-CHAT-R questionnaire was used, specifically its newer form M-CHAT-R/f author Robins, Fein and Barton from 2009. The results indicate that parents more often recognize deviations in joint attention in its more complex forms, which include the child's greater compliance with the environment (e.g. evaluating the behavior of adults), while simpler forms of joint attention (e.g. eye tracking) are less often recognized by parents as risky.
