Abstract
Rad istražuje metakomunikacijske vještine i njihovu važnost u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji. Komunikacija, kao temelj ljudske interakcije, uključuje razmjenu informacija i značenja verbalnim i neverbalnim kanalima. Metakomunikacija, odnosno komunikacija o komunikaciji, pomaže u boljem razumijevanju i prilagođavanju naših komunikacijskih stilova što je ključno za smanjenje nesporazuma i poboljšanje međuljudskih odnosa. Rad se također bavi interpersonalnom komunikacijom naglašavajući važnost aktivnog i empatičkog slušanja te prepoznavanja neverbalnih signala. Razvojem navedenih vještina pojedinci mogu postati svjesniji svojih komunikacijskih obrazaca i naučiti kako bolje prilagoditi svoje poruke različitim situacijama i sugovornicima.
Abstract (english)
This work explores metacommunication skills and their importance in everyday communication. Communication, as the basis of human interaction, involves the exchange of information and meaning through verbal and non - verbal channels. Metacommunication, or communication about communication, helps us to understand and adjust our communication styles, which is crucial for reducing misunderstandings and improving interpersonal relationships. The work also explains interpersonal communication, emphasizing the importance of active and empathetic listening, and recognizing non - verbal signals. Through the development of these skills, individuals can become more aware of their communication patterns and learn how to adapt their messages to different situations and interlocutors.
