Abstract
Socijalna kompetencija ili socijalna inteligencija, sve više postaje predmetom proučavanja i zanimanja ljudi. Definira se kao djelotvorno funkcioniranje u socijalnom kontekstu (Brdar, 1993). Biti socijalno kompetentan izuzetno je važno kako bismo zadovoljili svoje potrebe za bliskošću i kvalitetnim međuljudskim odnosima, ali isto tako i da bismo, bez obzira koliko nešto bilo osjetljivo za reći, sačuvali obraz sugovornika.Cilj ovoga rada bio je istražiti ... More kompetentnost učenika u suradničkim aktivnostima i samim time unaprijediti suradničke odnose u razredu s naglaskom na razvijanje pozitivne slike o sebi i nenasilnom rješavanju sukoba. U ostvarenju toga cilja korištena je istraživačka metoda - studija slučaja i sociometrija. Slučaj su činili učenici 4.b razreda iz Osnovne škole Josipovac. Istraživanje je provedeno kroz pet pedagoških radionica: Moje pozitivne osobine, Jezik zmije i žirafe, Suradnja zašto je važna?, Neverbalna suradnja i Zajedno smo jači. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su učenici spremni na suradnju s učenicima suprotnoga spola, da pokazuju osnovna pravila suradničkoga ponašanja, ali i da ima prostora za napredovanje, osobito kod pojedinih učenika kojima je potrebno više samopouzdanja kako bi bili aktivniji u grupi, ali tu je i uvijek prisutan problem nedovoljno razvijenih vještina za konstruktivno rješavanje sukoba. Nadalje, pedagoške su se radionice pokazale kao dobar način unaprjeđenja suradničkog ponašanja, ali i samog odnosa među učenicima. Less
Abstract (english)
Social competence and social intelligence is increasingly becoming a subject of study and interest. It is defined as the efficient functioning in the social context. Being socially competent is extremely important to satisfy our needs for closeness and human relations, but also in order not to hurt the interlocutor, no matter how delicate is something we have to say.The aim of this study was to examine the competence of students in collaborative activities ... More and to enhance cooperative relationships in the classroom with a focus on developing positive self-image and non-violent conflict resolutions. In achieving this goal was used research methods case studie and sociometry. The case were students of 4th B grade of elementary school Josipovac. Research was conducted through five educational workshops: My positive qualities, The language of snake and giraffe, Cooperation why is it important?, Nonverbal cooperation and Together we are stronger. Research results shows that students are willing to cooperate with students of the opposite sex, they show the basic rules of cooperative behavior, but also, there is room for improvement, particulary for those individuals who need more confidence to be more active in the group. There is also an everpresent problem of undeveloped skills for constructive conflict resolution. Furthermore, educational workshops proved to be a good way to enhance cooperative behavior and the relationships among students. Less
