Dental trauma that appears among preschool children is not always the resault of physical violence, they often appear in most of the sports activities and other incidents that cause the need for a dentist. The treatmet of dental trauma is much easier to provide if the child gets necessary help and in the right time. The effects of that trauma can be very serious, and very often, if a tooth is lost, it can have lasting effects, both on the physical condition of the child and the psychological. According to this, people who are in the child's life on a daily basis must have some knowledge and information they need for proper treatment of the tooth and the child when the injury occurs. The purpose of this study was to determine the real situation and the level of knowledge of educators about dental injuries in children of preschool age. The results show that preschool teachers possess the knowledge that would help them to find their way around in this situation, but on the other hand did not get any additional information, and that they never had any education provided that are necessary to learn and upgrade their knowledge. Therefore, we can conclude that it is necessary to encourage educators and also the parents to make some interest to this topic, and it is necessary to provide additional training and seminars to help them make the procedures that will give the best results and to prevent damage to the teeth and the child when the injury happens.
