With this work we want to convey the relationship between violence and the forms of preventive programs within pre-school institutions. Numerous literature studies provide cognitions, insight and review about the presence of violence among preschool-age children. Very little is talked about the violence at pre-school age level. What is the reason for this, I will try to answer it in this work. Violence exists ever since we know about the human being. It manifests itself in all aspects of person's life, starting from the family, through school and up to the free time available. Young people who are in the process of maturation and formation of identity are considered the most susceptible to the violent problem solution. Any intentional physical or psychological violence directed toward children and young people by their peers with intention to cause injury is considered to be violence among children and youth. Preschool institutions in many countries, together with schools including ours, make big efforts to reduce the incidence of the consequences of violence. The objectives of the prevention program among children are: to sensitize experts, parents, children and young people to the problem of violence among children and youth, establish systematic solutions for the prevention and stoppage of the occurrence of violence as well as mitigation and removal of its consequences. We conducted a poll from which we may conclude that children have confidence in their preschool teachers and turn to them for help when they become victims of violence. It is clear that violence is present in situations which are in preschool institutions "solvable" easier than among older children. Timely reaction of educators and professional associates is essential which is also an additional guideline for investment in specialization and lifelong learning.
