Floru Papuka čini 1158 vrsta i 65 podvrsta raspoređenih u 121 porodicu i 497 rodova pa time čine oko četvrtinu flore Republike Hrvatske. U Parku prirode Papuk najviše obitavaju kukci, ptice i paučnjaci, a najmanje kružnouste, pijavice i rakovi. |
Abstract (english) | Nature Park Papuk extends through Požeško-slavonska and Virovitičko-podravska County from the east towards the west, encompassing the total of 80 km in length. Nature Park Papuk was proclaimed on April 23, 1999 while in September of 2007, it was included in the European Geoparks Network, and thus has become the first Croatian Geopark, thanks to the great geological and biological diversity and also valuable cultural and historical heritage. Forest vegetation occupies more than 96% of the area of the park; the park was separated by altitude into hilly, mountain and mountain belt regions, which includes 13 forest communities. The Papuk flora is represented by 1158 species and 65 subspecies, distributed in 121 families and 497 genera and thereby forming about a quarter of a flora of the Republic of Croatia. The Papuk Nature Park is mostly inhabited by insects, birds and arachnids, and at least by cyclostomes (Cyclostomata), leeches and crabs species. Specially protected areas of the Papuk Nature Park are the Forest Park Jankovac, Sekulinac Mountains, Rupinica, Old Oaks, Yew tree habitat and Pliš - Maslićak - Turjak – Lapjak area. Ružica City is known from the Medieval heritage. The Papuk Nature Park allows visitors to experience its educational role, such as the organised hiking on the educational trails. The possibility of practical teaching outside the classroom in the Jankovac Forest Park is presented in this paper., while focusing on the relationship between teaching content of different class subjects. Therefore, outdoor education in the form of three integrated days which contain 23 activities that include contents from Natural and Social Sciences, Croatian, Music, Arts, Classroom Community Council and Computer Science is presented. Data from previous similar work were compared in the discussion which also contains examples of possible difficulties in working outside the classroom with a specific emphasis on Papuk Nature Park. |
