Abstract
Točna i univerzalna metoda odgoja djece ne postoji, ali je neosporna činjenica da djetetove rane godine imaju značajnu ulogu u njegovu cjelokupnom razvoju te da je taj razvoj rezultat kompleksnih i kontinuiranih interakcija djeteta s njegovom materijalnom i socijalnom sredinom. Kao budući roditelj, odgojitelj ima već usvojene sve poželjne karakteristike dobrog roditelja, ne treba ga poučiti komunicirati o svojim idejama i stavovima, kako kreirati sredinu koja potiče djetetov razvoj i odgoj, strategijama koje pomažu vrednovanju, korigiranju i djelovanju. Smatra se da je od izuzetne važnosti, odgojitelju kao budućem roditelju, prednost u prepoznavanju djetetovih interesa, u promatranju djetetovih aktivnosti i zapažanja mogućih poteškoća u razvoju. Za potrebe ovoga rada provelo se istraživanje među odgojiteljima Županjskih dječjih vrtića te su rezultati istraživanja pokazali stavove odgojitelja o utjecaju stečenih kompetencija na sadašnje i buduće roditeljstvo.
Abstract (english)
Exact and universal method of raising children does not exist, but it is an indisputable fact that a child's early years play a significant role in the overall development and that this development is the result of complex and continuous interaction of the child with his material and social environment. As a future parent, educator has already adopted all the desirable characteristics of a good parent, you should teach him to communicate his ideas and attitudes, to create an environment that encourages a child's development and education, strategies that help evaluating, correcting and action. Considered of great importance, educators as future parents, the advantage in identifying child's interests, in the observation of the child's activities and observations of possible difficulties in development. For the purposes of this study conducted a survey among educators Županja´s kindergarten and the results showed the views of teachers on the impact of acqured competencies to current and future parenthood.
