Abstract
Ovim radom obuhvaćene su ozljede djeteta koje su najčešće u predškolskoj dobi, kao što su: ozljede nastale uslijed padova, prijelomi, uganuća, iščašenja, krvarenja, opekline, gušenje, ozljede u prometu i sl. Ozljeda je oštećenje tkiva uzrokovano: mehaničkom silom, toplinom ili hladnoćom, kemijskim sredstvima, električnom strujom ili radioaktivnim zračenjem. Djeca su od trenutka kada prohodaju podložna ozljeđivanju, a čimbenici koji utječu na to su mnogobrojni. Kako bi se ozljeđivanje spriječilo... More ili smanjilo potrebno je da roditelji i odgojitelji poduzmu određene sigurnosne mjere. Dom bi trebao biti sigurno mjesto za dijete. Stoga je potrebno potencijalno opasne predmete skloniti na visoke, zatvorene police koje djeca ne mogu dohvatiti. U ovome radu detaljno su objašnjeni postupci prevencije koji su jako važni za djetetovo sretnije djetinjstvo, ali također i postupci pružanja prve pomoći u slučaju nezgode. U većini slučajeva roditelji mogu kod kuće pomoći djetetu, te nije potreban odlazak liječniku, no u težim slučajevima poput prijeloma, jačeg krvarenja, opekline liječnička pomoć je nužna. Nažalost, najčešći uzrok smrti u djece, predstavljaju upravo ozljede i nesretni slučajevi, pa je potrebno pridati veću pozornost tim naizgled bezazlenim situacijama. Less
Abstract (english)
This work encompasses injuries most common with children in preschool age such as: injuries caused by falls, fractures, sprains, swelling, bleeding, burns, choking, traffic injuries, and such. Injury occurs when tissue is damaged by mechanical force, heat or cold, chemical means, electrical current or radioactive radiation. Children are vulnerable to injuries, and the factors that affect them are numerous. In order to prevent or reduce injuries, it is necessary for parents and educators to... More take certain security measures. A home should be a safe place for a child. Therefore, potentially dangerous objects should be placed on high, closed shelves that children can not reach. This paper explains in detail the prevention procedures that are very important for a happy childhood, but also the procedures for providing first aid in the event of an accident. In most cases, parents can aid their children at home and don't have go to a doctor, but in severe cases such as fractures, hemorrhage and burns, medical help is needed.
