Abstract
Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo ističe važnost zaštite mentalnog zdravlja. Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo naglašava kako je mentalno zdravlje dio našeg općeg zdravlja. Najčešće briga o mentalnom zdravlju započinje tek kada se nešto loše dogodi. Svaka trauma, stres ili psihički napor može utjecati i na djetetovo fizičko zdravlje. Tijelo nesvjesno reagira i fizičko zdravlje postaje lošije. Strahovi i stvaranje loših navika spavanja mogu poremetiti mentalno zdravlje djece. Anksioznost je popraćena neugodnim osjećajem tjeskobe te je jedan od glavnih kliničkih problema danas. Bilo koji oblik nasilja i zlostavljanja u današnje vrijeme predstavlja jednu od najvećih prijetnji čovjeku, posebno djetetu. Obitelj predstavlja bezuvjetnu ljubav, toplinu, dom te mjesto i ljude gdje bi se dijete trebalo osjećati sigurno, željeno, voljeno. Najvažnije su prevencija i promicanje mentalnog zdravlja te u budućnosti treba puno vremena posvetiti problemu mentalnog zdravlja djece.
Abstract (english)
The Croatian Institute of Public Health emphasizes the importance of mental health care. The Croatian Institute of Public Health emphasizes that mental health is part of our general health. Most often, mental care begins only when something bad happens. Any trauma, stress, or mental strain can also affect in child's physical health. The body unconsciously reacts and physical health deteriorates. Fears and the formation of bad sleeping habits can impair the mental health of children. Anxiety is accompanied by an uncomfortable feeling of anxiety and is one of the major clinical problems today. Every form of violence and abuse today represents one of the greatest threats to man, especially the child. Family represents unconditional love, warmth, home and place and people where the child should feel safe, wanted, loved. The most important is the prevention and promotion of mental health and in the future a lot of time should be devoted to the problem of children's mental health.
