Abstract
Kralježnica predstavlja stup ljudskog tijela te je jedan od najvažnijih segmenata lokomotornog sustava kralježnjaka. Cilj ovog završnog rada je opisati građu i razvoj kralježnice čovjeka te detaljnije opisati tri osnovne deformacije kralježnice, tj. kifozu, lordozu i skoliozu. Kifoza i lordoza su jednodimenzionalne deformacije kralježnice dok je skolioza trodimenzionalna deformacija što ju čini i najkompleksnijom. Kroz opis svake od ovih deformacija može se utvrditi koje vrste vježbi pogodno... More utječu na korekciju istih, tj. koje mišiće je potrebno jačati, a koje istezati kako bi se određena deformacija maksimalno korigirala. Cilj je osvrnuti se na važnost i utjecaj tjelesne aktivnosti na zdravlje kralježnice i na zdravlje čovjeka općenito. U radu se navode pokazatelji pravilne posture tijela te četiri tipa posture. Cilj rada je također ukazati kako se određenim pokretima može utjecati na postizanje pravilne posture tijela kao i korekcije svake od deformacija. Less
Abstract (english)
The spine is a column of the human body that is one of the most important segments of the locomotor system. The aim of this final work is to describe the structure and development of the human spine and describe in more detail the three basic deformities of a spine, ie. kyphosis, lordosis and scoliosis. Kyphosis and lordosis are one-dimensional deformities of the spine while scoliosis is a three-dimensional deformity which makes it the most complex. Through the description of each of these... More deformations it can be determined which types of exercises favourably affect their correction, ie which muscles need to be strengthened and which to stretch in order to maximally correct a certain deformation. The aim is to pay attention at the importance and impact of physical activity on the spine health and health in general. The final work presents indicators of proper body posture and four types of posture. The aim of the final work is also to indicate how certain movements can affect the achievement of proper body posture as well as the correction of each of the deformations. Less
