Abstract
Djeca s teškoćama u razvoju su često izdvojena i diskriminirana i nemaju veliki izbor sportskih klubova u kojima mogu aktivno sudjelovati kao ravnopravni. Jedan od problema uključivanja djece s teškoćama u razvoju je nedostatak stručnog osoblja, trenera osposobljenih za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju. Problem su i neadekvatno opremljene dvorane i nedostatak financijskih sredstava. Istraživanjima je dokazan pozitivni učinak sportskih aktivnosti na fizičko zdravlje, emocionalno stanje, osobni... More i socijalni razvoj osoba s teškoćama u razvoju. Važno je pružiti podršku djeci s teškoćama u razvoju i omogućiti im primjerene uvjete za sudjelovanje u svim sportskim aktivnostima s vršnjacima sa i bez teškoća u razvoju. Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrditi koja su djeca s teškoćama u razvoju uključena u sportske aktivnosti u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji, kakvi su uvjeti rada i nedostaci. U istraživanju sudjeluje šest voditelja sportskih klubova i udruga za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju. Vrsta teškoće igra manju ulogu u djetetovom sudjelovanju u aktivnostima. Na području Osječko-baranjske županije ima raznih udruga i klubova koji su prilagođeni za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju te provode projekte kojima je cilj podizanje svijesti o potrebama djece s teškoćama u razvoju, pružanje podrške djeci i cijeloj obitelji i naravno podizanje kvalitete življenja djece s teškoćama u razvoju. Abstract (english)
Children with disabilities are often isolated and discriminated against and do not have a large selection of sports clubs in which they can actively participate as equals. One of the problems of involving children with disabilities is the lack of professional staff, trainers trained to work with children with disabilities. Inadequately equipped halls and lack of financial resources are also a problem. Studies have proven the positive effect of sports activities on the physical health,... More emotional state, personal and social development of people with disabilities. It is important to support children with disabilities and provide them with appropriate conditions for participation in all sports activities with peers with and without disabilities. The aim of this study is to determine which children with disabilities are involved in sports activities in Osijek-Baranja County, what are the working conditions and shortcomings. Six managers of sports clubs and associations working with children with disabilities are participating in the study. The type of difficulty plays a minor role in the child’s participation in activities. In the Osijek-Baranja County there are various associations and clubs adapted to working with children with disabilities and they implement projects aimed at raising awareness of the needs of children with disabilities, providing support to children and the whole family and of course raising the quality of life of children with disabilities.
