Abstract
Kako jesti i što jesti ne ovisi samo o djetetu već i o njegovim roditeljima koji često da bi udovoljili djetetu griješe u njegovoj prehrani, a zaboravljaju da je predškolska dob djeteta vrijeme stvaranja prehrambenih navika i nužno je promicanje pravilne prehrane. Uravnotežena prehrana odražava se na tjelesnu visinu, težinu, funkcije, izostanak bolesti. Pravilan odabir namirnica i pravilna prehrana mogu prevenirati mnoge zdravstvene probleme. Dječja prehrana treba osigurati dovoljno energije,... More hranjivih i zaštitnih tvari. Konzumiranje nekvalitetne hrane izaziva sve veću pojavu pretilosti i kroničnih bolesti kod djece. Cilj mog istraživanja je pomoću anketnog upitnika ispitati roditelje o prehrambenim navikama njihove djece (djeca od 3 do 7 godina) koju vrstu hrane vole jesti, kakvu vrstu hrane jedu za užinu, koliko često konzumiraju grickalice... Uzorak su činila 102 roditelja djece koja pohađaju vrtić. Nakon analize odgovora iz ankete koju sam provela u DV „Mak“ utvrdila sam da većina pitanja daje očekivane rezultate. Većina roditelja odgovorila je pozitivno na pitanja konzumiraju li njihova djeca slatkiše i grickalice svakodnevno, ali isto tako bilo je i pozitivnih odgovora o svakodnevnom konzumiranju voća, povrća, mesa, i ribe što mi je bio zaista iznenađujuć podatak. Abstract (english)
How to eat and what to eat depends not only on the child but also his parents, parents often want to please their child and then they make mistakes in choosing a propper diet for him, parents forget that the preschool age is time when childrens learn propper eating habits and it is the time when it is necessary to promote proper nutrition. A balanced diet affects the body height, weight, function, absence of disease. The proper selection of food and proper nutrition can prevent many health... More problems. Children's diet should provide enough energy, nourishing and protective substances. Eating poor-quality food causes and increases occurrence of obesity and chronic disease that affects children in that state of age. The aim of my research is using questionnaires to examine parents about the eating habits of their children (3-7 years old) what kind of food they like to eat, what type of food they eat for brunch, how often they consume snacks... The sample consisted 102 parents of children who are attending kindergarten. After analyzing the responses from the survey that I conducted in DV "Mak" I've found that most questions gave the expected results. Most parents responded positively to questions whether their children consume sweets and snacks every day, but also there have been positive responses about their daily consumption of fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish, that data was a really positive surprise for me.
