Abstract
U diplomskom se radu govori o komunikacijskim vještinama slušanja kao vrlo vaţnom aspektu komunikacijskog procesa. Cilj je rada dati pregled relevantne literature o šutnji kao komunikacijskom znaku i njezinom odnosu prema verbalnim komunikacijskim znakovima. U prvom dijelu rada definiran je pojam i značenje komunikacije, vrste komunikacije, opisana verbalna komunikacija te uloga komunikacije u svakodnevnom sporazumijevanju. Nadalje, predstavljene su komunikacijske vještine slušanja kao što su:... More šutnja, aktivno slušanje, empatijsko i međusobno slušanje, opisane su vrste i razine slušanja te tipovi slušatelja. Abstract (english)
The work explains the communication listening skills as a very important aspect of the communication process. The aim of the work is to provide an overview of relevant literature on silence as a communication sign and its connection with verbal communication signs. In the first part of the work, the concept and meaning of communication, types of communication, verbal communication, and the role of communication in everyday interaction are defined. Furthermore, listening communication skills... More such as silence, active listening, empathetic listening, and mutual listening are presented, along with descriptions of types and levels of listening and types of listeners. Obstacles and difficulties in listening, as well as ways to improve listening skills, are also presented.
