Abstract
Komunikacija, koja uključuje verbalne i neverbalne aspekte, ključna je za emocionalni i socijalni razvoj djeteta. Rad se fokusira na ulogu i oblike komunikacije, te na komunikacijske kompetencije odgojitelja koje su presudne za uspostavljanje osjećaja sigurnosti kod djece. Rad istražuje važnost komunikacije s djecom rane i predškolske dobi u stresnim situacijama. Analiziraju su različite stresne situacije poput bolesti, odvajanja od roditelja, preseljenja, rođenja brata ili sestre i smrti bliske osobe, te njihov utjecaj na dječji razvoj. Ove situacije mogu imati značajan utjecaj na emocionalno stanje i razvoj djeteta, te je od presudne važnosti da odgojitelji i roditelji budu osposobljeni za pravilnu komunikaciju koja će pomoći djeci da se nose s tim izazovima. Kroz pregled literature, rad pruža smjernice za pravilnu komunikaciju s djecom u stresnim situacijama kako bi se smanjile negativne posljedice i podržao djetetov emocionalni i socijalni razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Communication, which includes verbal and nonverbal aspects, is crucial for a child's emotional and social development. The paper focuses on the role and forms of communication and the communicative competencies of educators essential for establishing a sense of security in children. The paper explores the importance of communication with early and preschool-age children in stressful situations. Various stressful situations such as illness, separation from parents, moving to a new home, the birth of a sibling, and the death of a close person are analyzed, along with their impact on a child's development. These situations can significantly affect a child's emotional state and development, making it critical for educators and parents to be equipped with proper communication skills to help children cope with these challenges. The paper reviews the literature and provides guidelines for proper communication with children in stressful situations, reducing negative consequences and supporting the child's emotional and social development.
