Abstract
Tjelesna aktivnost djeci koja imaju određeni poremećaj iz spektra autizma, ima vrlo važnu ulogu u njihovom tjelesnom, emocionalnom, kognitivnom i socijalnom razvoju. Spektar autizma je vrlo složen razvojni poremećaj i traži određene prilagodbe kineziologa, trenera, učitelja, odgojitelja. Nemaju sva djeca isti stupanj spektra niti iste poteškoće i njihovi interesi, potrebe kod izbora tjelesne aktivnosti su individualne. Stoga pristup tjelesnom vježbanju mora biti individualan i prilagođen... More potrebama svakog djeteta. Vrlo je važno da se djeca uključe u aktivnost koju vole i koje im omogućuje osjećaj sigurnosti, prihvaćenosti. U ovom radu će biti predstavljeno koji sportovi i koja tjelesna aktivnost odgovara djeci iz spektra autizma. Zatim koje su prednosti bavljenja timskim sportovima, a koje su bavljenja individualnim sportovima za djecu iz spektra autizma. Također koje se aktivnosti mogu provoditi s djecom iz spektra autizma. Na koji način učitelji, kineziolozi, odgojitelji i treneri organiziraju inkluzivno okruženje za djecu iz autističnog spektra. Less
Abstract (english)
Physical activity plays a very important role in the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of children with a disorder from the autism spectrum. The autism spectrum is a highly complex developmental disorder and requires certain adaptations from kinesiologists, coaches, teachers, and educators. Not all children have the same level of spectrum nor the same difficulties, and their interests and needs when choosing physical activities are individual. Therefore, the... More approach to physical exercise must be individualized and tailored to the needs of each child. It is very important that children engage in activities they enjoy and that provide them with a sense of security and acceptance. This paper will present which sports and physical activities are suitable for children on the autism spectrum. It will describe which sports positively influence which motor skills. Furthermore, it will explain the benefits of engaging in team sports versus individual sports for children on the autism spectrum. Additionally, it will cover which activities can be carried out with children from the autism spectrum, and how teachers, kinesiologists, educators, and coaches can organize an inclusive environment for children on the autism spectrum.
