Abstract
U današnjem svijetu sve više se pojavljuju nove bolesti koje potom roditelji prenose na svoju djecu. Takve bolesti su mnogobrojne, a neke od najučestalijih bolesti među djecom mlađe školske dobi su: daltonizam, hemofilija, srpasta anemija, Duschenneova mišićna distrofija, Beckerova mišićna distrofija, cistična fibroza, celijakija, fenilketonurija, talasemija, Huntingtonova bolest, Tay-Sachsova bolest, Noonanov sindrom, Bloomov sindrom, Cri-du-chat sindrom, Downov sindrom, Klinefelterov sindrom,... More Turnerov sindrom, Patauov sindrom, Prader-Willi sindrom, Angelmanov sindrom. Budući da je djeci mlađe školske dobi pojam nasljednih bolesti apstraktan pojam, provela sam istraživanje u prvom razredu OŠ „Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić“ putem ankete kojom sam ispitala obiteljsko stablo genetskog nasljeđa. Nakon što su ispunili anketu, s učenicima sam razgovarala o njihovim fizičkim osobinama i o tome od koga su ih naslijedili. Na taj način sam ih upoznala s pojmom nasljeđa. Nakon toga, učenicima sam pokazala prezentaciju na kojoj su bile slike djece koja boluju od Downovog sindroma te s njima o tome razgovarala. Nakon kraćeg razgovara, učenici su uvidjeli da osim fizičkih osobina, nasljeđujemo i određene bolesti od svojih roditelja. Less
Abstract (english)
In today's world there is more and more new diseases which parents transfer to their children. Those diseases are numerous, but some od the most frequent among younger school age children are: daltonism, hemophilia, anemia, Duschenne muscular dystrophy, Becker muscular dystrophy, cystic fibrosis, celiac disease, phenylketonuria, thalassemia, Huntington's disease, Tay-Sach's disease, Noonan syndrome, Bloom syndrome, Down syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Turner syndrome, Patau syndrome,... More Prader-Willi syndrome, Angleman syndrome. Considering younger children find hereditary diseases apstract, I have conducted a research in first grade of Elementary School “Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić“ through survey which I used to examine family genetic traits. After they have finished, I talked to them about their physical properties and who they inherited it from. In that way I introduced them with the term of heritage. After that, I showed to the pupils presentation which contains pictures of children suffering from Down syndrome and I talked to them about it.
