Abstract
U bodybuildingu godišnji ciklus treninga programira se u okviru dva trenažna procesa.U ta dva perioda cilj je izgraditi što veću i proporcionalnu mišićnu masu, dva perioda gdje se fokus stavlja na redukciju potkožnog masnog tkiva, te postoje još dva natjecateljska perioda gdje se održava postignuta forma kroz određeni vremenski period. Postizanje forme vrlo je kompleksan način rada gdje se mora provesti detaljan trenažni plan i program za postizanje vrhunske forme na natjecanju. Bodybuilder uz postizanje hipetrofije mišića mora obratiti veliku pozornost na prehranu. U prvom dijelu završnog rada ću pokušati detaljno definirati pojam bodybuildinga, kategorije i opisati samo natjecanje. U drugom dijelu rada, detaljno će biti pojašnjena prehrana bodybuildera, najvažniji makro i mikronutrijenti, te suplementacija koju koriste bodybuilderi. U samom završnom dijelu rada, slijedi prikaz štetnog utjecaja korištenja nedopuštenih sredstava u bodybuildingu.
Abstract (english)
The annual training cycle in body building is planned and programmed within two training processes. This includes two periods in which the goal is to build as much and proportional muscle mass, two periods that aim to reduce subcutaneous fat and two competition periods that involve maintaining the achieved form for a certain period of time. Given the complexity of achieving form for competition, it is necessary to implement in detail the training plan and program to achieve top form. In addition to achieving muscle hypertrophy, the bodybuilder must pay close attention to the diet itself. The first part of the final paper will define the term body building, categories and describe the competition itself. The second part will explain in detail the diet of bodybuilders, the most important macro and micronutrients and supplementation used by bodybuilders. In the very final part, there will be a presentation of the harmful impact of the use of illicit drugs in body building.
