Abstract | Ovaj rad razmatra pitanje važnosti suradnje između odgojitelja i roditelja, te uključenost roditelja u odgojno obrazovni proces kroz što raznovrsnije oblike suradnje, a sve kako bi se dosegao najviši stupanj suradničkih odnosa – partnerstvo. Uspješno odgojno djelovanje pretpostavlja suradnju među svim čimbenicima odgojnog procesa, napose roditeljima i odgojiteljima, koji svojim sudjelovanjem razvijaju kulturu predškolske ustanove. Roditelji i odgojitelji imaju zajedničku odgovornost u razvijanju suradničkih odnosa, i unapređivanje suradnje od razine u kojoj je komunikacija površna do razine u kojoj vlada podržavajuća i otvorena komunikacija. Iako im je cilj isti, uloge se roditelja i odgojitelja ipak razlikuju. Uloga odgojitelja obilježena je profesionalnim pristupom, što odgojitelja svakako stavlja u poziciju inicijatora suradnje, ali bez jednako zainteresiranog roditelja s druge strane, planirane korake za suradnju, bilo bi nemoguće kvalitetno i provesti. Uspjeh u radu moguć je ako roditelji i odgojitelji djeluju usklađeno i ako imaju zajednički cilj, a cilj im je ostvariti cjeloviti dječji razvoj i postignuća. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja, pokazali su visok stupanj osviještenosti i roditelja i odgojitelja o važnosti suradnje i međusobnog uvažavanja. Rezultati također pokazuju dobru razinu suradnje roditelja i odgojitelja, jer suradnja je ipak dinamičan proces i potrebno je stalno raditi na njenom poboljšanju. |

Parallel abstract (English) | This work is questioning the importance of cooperation between preschool teachers and parents, and involvement of parents in the educational process through different kinds of cooperation, to reach the highest level of collaborative relationships – partnership. A successfull educational activity means cooperation between all factors of educational process, especially between parents and preschool teachers, who are developing preschool culture with their activity. Both parents and preschool teachers have responsibility with developing collaborative relationships, and with advance of cooperation from the level in which the communication is superficial, to the level in which it is supporting and open. But, even though they have the same goal, role of parents and preschool teachers is different. Role of the preschool teacher is marked by a professional approach, what is making him inititator of cooperation, but without a parent who is equally interested, it would be impossible to make the right steps for cooperation. Success in work is possible if both parents and preschool teachers are working harmonized and have the same goal, and their goal is to accomplish a full development and achievement of a child. |
