Abstract
Rad je usmjeren na ispitivanje pojavnosti anksioznosti kod studenata učiteljskih studija uoči izvođenja zgrčke. U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada provedeno je istraživanje s ciljem ispitivanja u kojoj je mjeri prisutna anksioznost kod studenata učiteljskih studija uoči nastavnog sata usvajanja zgrčke i razlikuje li se razina anksioznosti kod studenata uoči prvog sata i zadnjeg, trećeg sata učenja zgrčke. Isto tako, istraživanjem se ispitala razina usvojenosti zgrčke na svakom nastavnom satu nakon metodičkog postupka učenja zgrčke. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 96 studenata Fakulteta za odgojne i obrazovne znanosti u Osijeku. Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da studenti pokazuju tjelesne i kognitivne simptome anksioznosti uoči nastavnog sata usvajanja zgrčke, a njihov intenzitet se smanjuje uoči trećeg sata učenja zgrčke. Provjeravanjem tehnike izvođenja zgrčke na svakom satu utvrđeno je da se kod studenata poboljšava tehnika izvođenja zgrčke sa svakim sljedećim satom, a samim time rastu i ocjene.
Abstract (english)
The focus of the article is anxiety incidence assesment on the faculty of education students shortly before the tuck jump performance. This graduate thesis contains research with the goal of assessing the levels of anxiety presence within the faculty of education students shortly before the tuck jump learning class and the difference in the anxiety level just before the first and the last, third class of tuck jump learning. The research was used to determine the tuck jump performance skills during every tuck jump learning class after the methodical tuck jump learning procedure. There were 96 Faculty of education in Osijek students who participated in the research. The research showed that the students manifested physical and cognitive anxiety symptoms just before the first tuck jump learning class and that there was decreasement in the intensity of the symptoms shortly before the third tuck jump learning class. The tuck jump performance examination during each class of the tuck jump learning showed that the tuck jump technique increased with each passing class, resulting in grade improvements.
