Children’s behavioral problem with attention deficit and hyperactivity (ADHD) is becoming more and more present in everyday life and presents a difficult task to parents, educators and teachers. Although these children are defined as naughty, restless and bad, those tags are not usually true. However, the cause of that behavior can be precisely the impact of the environment, and environmental requirements which are becoming increasingly larger. It is, therefore, extremely important for educators, teachers and parents to consider the disorder and on that way be able to properly deal with such children, directing them and bring out the best of them. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to present the final determinants of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, as well as behavioral disorder for which some authors claim that this disorder does not actually exist, especially because people with ADHD are often extremely intelligent and imaginative. Below there is a historical review of knowledge about ADHD, its causes and symptoms, problems and opportunities brought by the children’s integration in preschool. Thus, the purpose of the study emphasize the importance of the environment in which child is, because the people who surround the child have a significant role in its integration of social institutions, and thus should bring out the best and focus on achieving success through developing talents. Information base of paper are secondary data and literature which is listed at the end of work. The methodology consist the usage of qualitative methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison.
