Breast feeding is the best choice of feeding the baby and as long as milk is well adapted, nature didn´t make it to ensure the best growth of the baby. Brest feeding decreases deaths of babies, reduces the incidence of infections of the lower respiratory tract, it decreases allergies and makes the mental and social bond between mother and her baby. Breast feeding effects mother in the way of decreases breast cancer and reproductive organs cancer chances. It also increases the speed of weith loss and it is not a financial difficulty. When starting with solid food the most important part is light transition so the baby would get to new ingredience and so it could learn how to chew. Light transition is important because of the allergies so every new ingrediant must bi given to the baby in a week long period. Baby food consist 4 ingrediance: fruit, vegetables, cereals and meat and eggs. The amount of food that baby eats depends on the baby itself because every metabolism is different so parents mustn´t be conserved if the baby is eating more or less than the standard perscription.
